How it works
You don’t have to do a thing.
Most people dread the coordination that comes with a build. Chasing trades, waiting on quotes, dealing with the council. We do all of that. Here is what working with Sound Build actually looks like.

Talk it through
We visit, listen and look at what you want to achieve. You get honest advice on what will work, what it might cost and how long it will take.

Design and approvals
We bring in the architect and structural engineer, handle planning and building control, and give you a clear, fixed quote with staged payments.

The build
Our own team does the heavy lifting and Jimmy schedules every other trade around it. One site manager, one point of contact, a tidy site every evening.
- 04
Handover
Finished, decorated, cleaned and signed off. We walk you round, hand over the certificates and stay on hand afterwards.

A tidy, respectful site
Protected floors, dust control, daily clean-downs and a proper clean at the end. You still have to live there.
Aftercare
We hand over certificates and warranties, and we are a phone call away if anything needs attention later.
