Most people dread the coordination that comes with a build. Chasing trades, waiting on quotes, dealing with the council. We do all of that. Here is what working with Sound Build actually looks like.

Talk it through
We visit, listen and look at what you want to achieve. You get honest advice on what will work, what it might cost and how long it will take.

Design and approvals
We bring in the architect and structural engineer, handle planning and building control, and give you a clear, fixed quote with staged payments.

The build
Our own team does the heavy lifting and Jimmy schedules every other trade around it. One site manager, one point of contact, a tidy site every evening.
- 04
Handover
Finished, decorated, cleaned and signed off. We walk you round, hand over the certificates and stay on hand afterwards.

A family business built on roofing, now building everything else.
Sound Build grew out of Sound Roofing, the family roofing firm that has been looking after homes across Surrey and Hampshire since 1985. Jimmy runs both, and brings the same care over quality, the same trusted craftsmen and the same tidy sites to every build.
We do the structural work ourselves and bring in the trades we have relied on for years for everything else. One team, one quote, one person to call.
